The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are 24 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage.
