In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency.
