This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
