Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
