The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
