Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
