In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
