SI5335D-B02690-GMR Overview

This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
