SI5335D-B03137-GM Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
