Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
