As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock generators can take up to 1.98V of power as a maximum supply voltageIncorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
