SI5335D-B04798-GM Overview

Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
