SI5335D-B04925-GM Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
