In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
