Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V.
