As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V.
