As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
