SI5335D-B05716-GMR Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V.
