The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
