The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
