This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
