Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
