In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
