In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
