Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
