As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
