SI5335D-B07797-GMR Overview

It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations.
