Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
