As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
