This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
