In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, HSTL, SSTL, Clock, Crystal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.98V 2.25V~2.75V 2.97V~3.63V.
