SI53361-B-GM Description


LVCMOS fanout buffers from the Si53360/61/62/65 series are excellent for redundant clocking and clock/data distribution applications. The family makes use of Skyworks' excellent CMOS technology produce fanout clocks with low additive jitter, low skew, and low propagation delay variability, all of which are guaranteed. High PSRR performance is provided via built-in LDOs, which also simplify low jitter clock distribution in noisy situations by removing the requirement for additional components.

The CMOS buffers come in a variety of 8 output configurations (Si53360/61/65), or dual banks with 6 outputs each (Si53362). These buffers can be used in conjunction with Si534x clock generators and Si5xx oscillators to provide clock tree performance from beginning to finish.
