SI5340A-A-GMR Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 44 pins. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V that clock generator can handle. 4 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 98mA must be provided.
