The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 44 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator.
