Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. There are 44 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied.
