SI5340B-B-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. There are 44 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
