As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
