As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
