SI5340B-D08508-GM Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons.
