A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V.
