SI5340B-D10140-GMR Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
