As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 44 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
