The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
