Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 64 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, 1028MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
