The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards.
