As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageCLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 1028MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
