The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageRF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 1028MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
