This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The clock PLL can synthesi1028MHze a clock frequency of 1028MHz with high quality. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
