As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 1028MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
