Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, 1028MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
